ICE CREAM

Ice cream contains protein and fat, both of which our bodies need to help level our moods.Ice Cream is good during every season. And I also eat ice cream when someone have a birthday party and they have  ice cream for dessert. Ice cream is a great dessert and I love it so much especially the chocolate flavor. There some flavor of ice cream the vanilla and I also like it because ice cream is a frozen dessert, typically made from milk or cream and flavoured with a sweetener, either sugar or an alternative, and a spice, such as cocoa or vanilla, or with fruit such as strawberries.

COFFEE

 

Yes I'd enjoy choosing coffee product it because I love drinking coffee.We believe in the power of food to enhance quality of life.Poor consumer confidence, uncertainty and pessimism in new startups, new cafes and new coffee shops are not only valid but also fueled by the media and competitor marketing. Established coffee shops can take away or limit our potential customer given their goodwill and customer rapport. Yes I would because all I want is to share the lovely smell of different coffee and I would invites people to drink coffee and also helps them set their mood for the day. The second is the taste. 

First Year High School Experience

 Still remembering my first day experience being a high school student. I tried to stand up, but I just fell back into my bed saying I can do this. I finally got up and walked to the bathroom to brush my teeth. After that I looked in the mirror and my hair is in a rat's mess, then I go back in my room grab my brush and make sure my hair is perfectly srate. 

 I remember looking to the left and right of everyone seemed to be enjoying the first day of school. School I didn’t know what to feel like, would I say frightened, worried, or energized. For this reason I decided that I felt confused. I was a bit stressed at the thought of getting bad grades. I entered school and saw what looked like a behave of people going where they needed to go.

So like many freshmen on their first day I got lost looking for my first class, it was such a big school and many of the halls weren’t even in alphabetical order. I wound up asking one of the neighbor I know and they told me that it was “over there”. I didn’t understand because they didn’t point in any direction, I started walking around the corner and saw the same neighbor I know again, I asked him again and this time he guide me the right way.

   I remember walking around trying to find something to do as I wait impatiently for school to start. Trying to find something, I can go and chill. I walk over to the school campus, taking a look around me I see our school colors, which are blue and green.

Go Green for Tommorow

                       

So good day. I'm here to share my experience and thoughts about hiking activity in Tuyawan Eco-Park. So in Tuyawan Eco-Park I would say it's was have a beautiful scenery and fresh air because it surrounded by trees and beside that  the purpose why we're there is to do our Relational Activity, Planting tree and to work our Team Building.The place is located in Brgy Magsaysay Nabunturan,Davao de Oro and the Hiking Activity was conducted on May 3 2023.

  The learning outcome for this activity is to know how important being physically active and having a lot of patience with the surrounding is,and also i learned from this activity cooperation is better than being alone. And  I expect this activity will help me to boost my confidence in other people. And if you ask me how this activity supports the curriculum. I would say it will help us to learn proper Etiquette during hiking and being aware by surrounding asides from that  I would say it gives us a lesson.

   Tree Planting Activity with the theme GO GREEN FOR TOMORROW at Tuyawan Eco Aqua-Park,Brgy. Magsaysay, Nabunturan. Before we reach our destinations  you need to walk 1000 steps.And way back to school the NERT provides us transportation so it was easy for us to get back to the school. It's Wednesday in morning 5:00 am to 11:00 am.

   During our hiking I observed there's a lot of Davao de Oro Police Provincial Office (DDOPPO) to guide us , especially they join  while we're walking in the street and give us protection for harmful accident.and I also observed after the arrival in Eco Agua-Park  the police was so nice to us.i thought police was serious and have a strict personality but them was not she/ he was nice too all of us .So the information I learned to police officers is they do their job to protect us from harmful accident, and I can say it's better to listen the instructions they provide to us before we proceed to our destinations.

    The challenge that I face during hiking is my foot it's hurting, but I  ignored it because I can manage to walk, so that's why I'm not informing the sir  who is assigned to our section. And guess what the other challenge's impacted to the  others learner's is they distracted by the activity happening because the hiking activity was conducted during class,And also during our Team Building ma'am Louelyn announcing that we will leave to early and we don't know what's happening ,Then after the announcing we continue our Team Building activity while waiting for the service, because our section was third batch for the transportation back to NNCHS . True to this challenge, I observed   that maybe it will be okay for us to go back to school and continue our activities in the oval so it will be safe for all of us.

     So  in this case my recommendation for hiking activity is that it should be conducted  with no class so other learner's and teacher's won't be distracted during activity. And  also the improvements that I want to promote in the next Hiking Activity is I hope we have more exercise during hiking so our muscle didn't force if we conduct long distance hiking activity, since all of us was experience this kind of activity we  well hoping that the next generation learner's continue this kind activity.

The insights that I would like to keep in the future are that I want to promote gainful employment opportunities, optimize the development and utilization of the country's human resources, advance the welfare of workers by providing  humane conditions and terms of employment, and maintain industrial peace by promoting. and also mandated as the primary policy-making, programming, coordinating, and administrative entity of the Executive Branch of the government in the field of labor and employment. To attain this vision, the DOLE’s continuing mission is to promote gainful employment opportunitie.Enforcing social and labor legislation to protect the working class and regulate the relations between the worker and his employer and formulating and recommending policies, plans and programs for manpower development, training, allocation, and utilization also recommending legislation to enhance the material, social and intellectual improvement of the nation's labor force to protect and promoting the interest of every citizen desiring to work locally or overseas by securing for him the most equitable terms and conditions of employment, and by providing social and welfare services like regulating the employment of aliens, including the enforcement of a registration or work permit system for such aliens, as provided for by law to formulate general guidelines concerning wage and income policy by recommending necessary adjustments in wage structures with a view to developing a wage system that is consistent with national economic and social development plan in providing for safe, decent, humane and improved working conditions and environment for all workers, particularly women and young workers.

Maintaining a harmonious, equitable, and stable labor relations system that is supportive of the national economic policies and programs and upholding the right of workers and employers to organize and promote free collective bargaining as the foundation of the labor relations system by providing and ensuring the fair and expeditious settlement and disposition of labor and industrial disputes through collective bargaining, grievance machinery, conciliation, mediation, voluntary arbitration, compulsory arbitration as may be provided by law, and other modes that may be voluntarily agreed upon by the parties concerned.

My experience in mock - job interview

For me the most interesting question they asked me is: You observe two of your employees arguing in a central location in the office. So in this case, the first thing I should do is to tame the situation and ask my employees to stop arguing and calmly talk about the issue. And I'm going to explain to them that finishing the task is our immediate concern and that arguing will not speed up things. All of you have a duty, and all of you should do it professionally. I keep in mind that reacting to every worker complaint may actually heighten the drama and make the situation worse. It doesn’t mean that encouraging our team to manage issues on their own won’t require a little facilitating on our part, especially if we have employees who tend to avoid confrontation.So we should provide guidance or talking points, if needed, to help each employee approach the other person in a positive manner. Don’t set the expectation just fix the problem for them. We can facilitate the discussion, but that’s where we should draw the line. And always use best judgment when it comes to addressing employee complaints. And also it is important to ask the employees to go to a private area to avoid public scenes. If a customer witnesses a fight between two employees, our company may look unprofessional.There are times that people are just frustrated and need to express that.So we need encourage people not to get caught in the trap of venting, ruminating, and gossiping about the situation because that won’t move things forward. “But there’s nothing wrong with tolerating a few complaints in the short term.” If we’re worried by hearing one person out.At a minimum, we should keep a cordial relationship with the other person, but a better strategy is to demonstrate that we're refully open to all employees. “If our employees do want our advice, focus on making observations about what they might do, rather than concrete suggestions. , or just the person confiding in us , about all the possible options and lay out a decision tree. We should be more in problem-solving mode than gossip mode and together so we can decide on the right intervention.

Cinematheque Experience

My experience in cinematheque is was so nice and interesting because that's my first experience being there.And I'm so happy that day because our Sir Richard Arellano invited us to watch the film without paying the entrance fee, at habang ako ay na saloob ng cenima unti unti akong nakaramdam ng lamig at hindi ako pwedeng mag reklamo dahil nakakahiya lalo na sa among guro.alam ko naman na malamig talaga sa loob ng cinema pero hindi ko talaga kinaya yung lamig,buti na lang may dalang jacket yung friend ko at pinahiram ako..Kaya naman tuloy tuloy ang panood ko sa mga film na ipinakikita sa harap ko and besides that me and my friends are actually there last February 18 2023 so it's not so boring while being there.. But suddenly I felt so hungry and I wanted to eat something but our teacher

not allowed us to bring food inside the cinema so I stay still until the film is done . 

And my other experience being there in cenima is I felt something so creepy like I don't know how! But it is started when I watch the film Asa si Kit, I know it's sound so funny but that's how I feel that time and since my friends was focused watching I didn't mind telling what I have thought. 

And after that creepy moment. I actually enjoyed the rest of the film cause it so nice and I wonder how they do that like a professional.

And I appreciate that our MV was being present in cinematheque and I'm so very proud as a part of team.and since the film is about to end me and my friends talking about the scenes that happend and they say that the film was so nice and they complement every director who presents in the screen. 

Since it's my first time being there and the film we where watching was already done.i would take this moment to have picture inside the cinema as a memory and also to prove to our teacher that I been there last February 18 2023.

My goal in 2023

My goal in 2023 is to have a good health so I can achieve success in life and also to have happiness, prosperity in every area in my life ,and freedom and peace.After that I can decide in my own wherever I want in for my self,like going to Manila and have fun in there with my tita .But before I accomplished that thing I would like to go in college when I'm done in my senior high school in Nabunturan. My second goal in 2023 is to keep God first always because I learned that you can do nothing without him.No matter how hard you may try or keep himou,you can't.Because God is the big part of life and I take him where I go.But the biggest important goal of my life that I want to accomplish in 2023 is to complete my Education as a HUMSS student here in Nabunturan National Comprehensive Senior High School. I need to finish my school even though it's to hard to take our research subject.But I remember, Education is a major part of my life right now because it will help me to earn a higher salary that I really want in my first goal.And then I can help my parent to build a house because I have enough money to give them. And the last goal in my 2023 is Creating my own weather instead of living others creation,I need to do this because it's to hard when you depend to other.So we should try to keep our self to be positive and believe want we want to do instead of getting influenced by others. Creating our own weather is to have bonds in family,and we can also to take iniative to develop our self for learning this style of us .And I hope someday this 2023 will be better , because this is the year that I will finish my senior high school and starting my new life in college while taking Agriculture course.This will be the last that I want in my 2023 is to have a complete family,even though we aren't rich,but we eat tree time's a days so it's okay with me if we're not born to rich , because someday I will accomplish and success my goal in life .

Describing the beautiful Simbalay 2022

 

Simbalay 27th Festival started its opening in December, many tourists come here because the booths made by the participants are beautiful and one more thing is that you will be satisfied with how they treat you as a tourist. Each booth has a unique design that you never imagined. only made of rice and  especially  this beautiful picture of me  while the background is Manat booth, if you look at it from a distance you would not think that it is made of corn seeds. I admire the cretor of this because they prepared their booth to present it. There are many more beautiful booths in the Simbalay but I didn't get a photo of the others because I first looked at the unfinished designs. Despite the beauty of the booths, you will be attracted to the products they sell because you will see different types on display at each booth. And this is also the one that won't be late,  

 The umbrellas in above that will avoid us to get hurt  of the Sun when you look at the booths. right here in this part you will enjoy taking pictures because you will see the beautiful booths lined up along the road.. And it will be even more beautiful at night because all the lights will be turned on to see the beauty of what they have done, tourists can see better  view of the Simbalay 27th Festival  And why is it held every year on December day.

Gender Expression in Public & Private Schools in the Philippines

The words gender and intercourse are often used interchangeably, however they've unique meanings; sex has a tendency to consult biological differences, at the same time as gender more regularly refers to cultural and social differences, and sometimes includes a broader variety of identities than the binary of male and female.For the longest time, it become assumed that sex and gender have been related and fixed; that all males are or should be masculine and that all females are or should be feminine. In many cultures, there are very inflexible expectations around how boys and girls have to behave, as well as stereotypes of appropriate feminine and masculine behaviours. A person whose gender identity is in contrast to the sex they were born with may identify as transgender. To express their gender, transgender people may also 'transition' from the sex that they were assigned at birth (biological sex) with the help of medications or surgery. However, this may not be an choice for everyone. There is more information on this in the Seeking support section below. How a person identifies their gender depends on what they feel, which may change or stay static. Gender identity and expression can be taken into consideration on a spectrum. Some people may identify more female, or male, while others may feel more in between, or neutral. Those who feel their gender changes from time to time, may be described as gender fluid.Gender expression.The expression of gender through the way you behave and dress is an important part of our self-identity, and is central to our intellectual fitness and wellbeing. Many transgender humans disguise their gender expression in public for worry of negative reactions, violence or discrimination to other.

Geraldine Roman is the first openly transgender lawmaker in the Philippines, and she will be used as an example when discussing gender expression in public and private schools. In the country's 2016 general elections, Roman was the Liberal Party's Congressional candidate for the first district of Bataan province. Roman was lauded by the media as the voice of the LGBTQ community at a time when the Liberal Party, the political party of then-President Benigno Aquino III, was in power (Chen, 2016; Robinson, 2016). After winning the 2016 elections, she joined a select group of openly LGBTQ people from around the world who were able to win seats in public office.

 First, the school official is acting in  official  governmental capacity where FreeSpeech considerations must be observed. Second, school officials have a duty to allow students to express themselves. Finally, just because an idea or gender expression may be unpleasant, it does not necessarily rise to the level of substantially disrupting the educational environment. Tinker is the bedrock case upon which all other educational freedom of speech cases are built. This case hasparticular significance to the LGBTQ community because it held

that expression of sexual orientation—without heightenedadditional factors—cannot be seen as a disturbance of theeducational environment.Student could be disciplined for having delivered a speech that was “sexually explicit” but not legallyobscene at an official school assembly, because theschool was entitled to “disassociate itself” from thespeech in a manner that would demonstrate to othersthat such vulgarity is “wholly inconsistent with the‘fundamental values’ of the public education.Student clothing is another form of expression, but thecourts have upheld student dress codes. In 2001, the Fort ThomasPublic School District in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, approved a student dress code.107 Robert Blau claimed that the school dresscode squelched his daughter’s freedom of expression under the FirstAmendment.

Authorities at every level of government should take steps to promote student safety, equality, and access to education in schools, Human Rights Watch said. Congress should pass anti-discrimination legislation that protects LGBT students in schools. The Department of Education should survey schools to ensure anti-bullying protections are being fully implemented, train teachers to be responsive to the needs of LGBT students, incorporate LGBT issues into curricular modules, and promulgate model policies prohibiting discrimination in schools. At the school level, administrators should strengthen anti-bullying and anti-discrimination policies to ensure LGBT youth are safe and respected.“Prohibiting bullying against LGBT youth was an important first step,” Thoreson said. “Now lawmakers and school administrators should take concrete steps to make those protections meaningful and promote respect for LGBT youth throughout the Philippines’ school system.Schools are the second homes of every young learner. After several years of comfort and security in the arms of their families, a new environment awaits them. In this unfamiliar space, freedom becomes limited. Though it could be to ensure everyone’s safety and belongingness, rules that forbid one to express oneself freely hinder them from discovering what they could be and more. Various school policies do such, and an example is recent news about graduating students being prohibited from wearing their desired form of clothing just because of their gender.

Many members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender/Transsexual, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, Asexual/Allies, Nonbinary/Genderqueer + (LGBTQIA+) community have suffered from the wrath of society in this cruel world. For being different and unfamiliar, these people get treated in ways that become so inhumane that it scars someone’s heart so badly. This leads them to fail to realize that they’re not at all different from the rest, yet have a clear vision and understanding of what could go on in another’s mind. Even with the knowledge that the Philippines caters to a rich culture cultivated throughout the years, the behavior or the way one expresses oneself may still be threatened by rejection.
